Do you need a report scheduler that supports the latest version of Crystal Reports and Windows? Do you want people in your organization or outside your network to receive reports on a recurring schedule?
Crystal Reports 2021 is the latest version of Crystal Reports Designer and they have finally moved from 32 bit to 64 bit application. We have built this new report scheduler with the developer run time to support the latest 32 bit version of Crystal Reports and will upgrade to the 64 bit shortly.
We have built this on a Windows 10 (64 bit) workstation so can confirm it works well on Windows 7, 8 and 10, and for both 32 bit and 64 bit versions of Windows. It will also work with your Windows Server and even Windows Vista or XP machines and it can operate in a terminal server and Citrix environment.
Note that on a Windows Desktop, your energy savings settings might put the computer to sleep if the desktop is inactive. This also puts the desktop and service based schedules to sleep as well. For this reason we recommend you install the scheduler on a server based version of windows or a windows desktop that doesn't have those economy features.

Product Features
There are many reasons you might want to upgrade your current report scheduler to CrystalKiwi Explorer:

Report Scheduling is easy and simple to use. The default desktop scheduler is installed by default and the windows service scheduler can be installed and started quickly.

Output can be sent to Disk, Printer, Email or Bursting. With bursting you can reprocess a report to multiple destinations with different parameter values.

Output formats include PDF, XML, RTF, XLS, XLSX, CSV, HTML, XML and RPTR file formats.

Export reports via email directly to the mail server. No email client required.

SMTP based email has been designed to help you test your reports with an easy way to suspend all report emails, or send them to a test address without changing the settings for each report.

Advanced Scheduling includes Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Business Minute, Business Hour, Business Day, Day of Week and Day of Month, Business Day of Month.

Full support for our field processing features including full support for advanced tag file processing. A report can save values into a tag file using our Schedule Management UFL and the tags can be used in the email subject or message, or in the processing of a subsequent report.

Database connection is improved with support for integrated security and database connections can be redirected to an alternative source at run time.

Reports can be grouped into clusters and processed as one schedule item. If a report is in more than one cluster, the output can be specific to each cluster by assigning different tag files to each cluster.

Supports Microsoft folder standards for Windows 10, 8, 7, Vista and XP, and Windows Server 2003 and 2008.

You can load a folder of reports and assign them to the same workgroup for bulk parameter and destination setting.

You can now compress and exncrypt the output attachments to discourae anyone who wants to intercept your report results.

Product Installation
You may already have some of the run time components already installed, so we've broken it down into the two steps. Install the Crystal Reports Run Time is needed to process the Crystal Reports 2011 and 2013 reports. These run times may have been installed to support other products on your machine. We have links for both the original Crystal Reports 2010 Run Time and the more recent Service Pack 30 that was release in 2021.
Then the CrystalKiwi Scheduler install has a smaller footprint.

Note that CrystalKiwi Scheduler shares some code with CrystalKiwi Explorer and CrystalKiwi Bursting, so the zip file may appear to include these other applications. Unzip the file into the Program Files\CrystalKiwi\Explorer to update the files used by the Scheduler shortcut.
Product Pricing
Report Scheduling License is $799. This is a one machine license. You can install on a Windows desktop or Server. We do support a second copy on a backup machine as long as only one machine has an active scheduler at the same time. Contact us for volume pricing if you require multiple servers.
A single user Report Viewing and Bursting license is included in the Scheduler License.
